Della Cole, is the Director Of Staffing Matters and has a strong background in Employee Relations and Generalist HR Management. She has held a number of senior roles including Employee Relations Manager for Bristol City Council and HR Manager (Education) for Buckinghamshire County Council. She has extensive experience of both public sector and school related HR issues.
Over the last 10 years Della has worked mainly in the private sector as a Partner in a HR Consultancy based in Worcestershire. This successful company had a large range of clients ranging from the insurance sector, haulage and high tech start-ups. The company also had a number of not-for-profit and charity sector clients.
After recently relocating to Bournemouth, Della has branched out on her own to provide a comprehensive and affordable HR service to local companies. Della holds qualifications in Counselling and Project Management Methodologies. And Chartered membership of the CIPD.
